What is Butler Élégance?

I have specific academic and professional training and relevant work experience that enables me to perform my duties with professionalism and dedication.  With experience in organizing all types of events, from management, creation, coordination and supervision of various departments, including F&B and guest services. I worked for several years as a travel agent, coordinating groups and international bookings for all kinds of services: air tickets, hotel reservations, restaurants, cars, reservations and sales of experiences for luxury clients. I have experience in customer service and luxury hospitality, as well as managing customer complaints in both hotels and restaurants. I speak four languages - French, Spanish, English and Portuguese.

I have a varied personal and professional experience, having lived in three different countries: Portugal, Canada and Spain, with different cultures and religions, which gives me knowledge of good interpersonal relations and communication with people from different cultures.
